Ordering here takes a few minutes and no account. This is the whole of it.
Find the helmet
Pick a type from the menu at the top — full face, open face, visors, parts — or search if you already know the model. On the shop page you can narrow by category, size, price and what is actually in stock, so you are not opening helmets that have sold out in your size.
Check your size
This is the step people skip and then regret. Measure around your head a centimetre above the eyebrows and compare the figure with the size guide — sizes are not identical between models, and an L in one shell is not always an L in another. On the product page, a size that has sold out cannot be chosen at all.
See what delivery will cost
The product page quotes it before you commit to anything. Enter your kecamatan once and it is remembered, so every other helmet you look at already shows the figure. There is a fuller version on the shipping page.
Put it in the basket
Choose the size, set how many you want, and add it. Anything else goes in the same way. One order costs less to deliver than two, because delivery is worked out on the whole parcel rather than on each item.
Fill in one page
Checkout asks for an email address, a phone number, a name and where the parcel should go. There is no account to make and no password to choose. Then you pick the courier — its price and its estimate are both shown — and how you want to pay. There is a box at the end for anything we should know.
Pay, and tell us you have
If you chose bank transfer, the account details are on the confirmation page and in the email that follows it. Once the money has gone, confirm your payment. It takes a minute, and it is what tells us to start packing — a transfer nobody has mentioned can sit unnoticed for the rest of the day.
If you paid by card or QRIS, there is nothing more to do.
We pack it and send it
During opening hours, and on the next working day at the latest. The courier’s tracking number reaches you by email as soon as the parcel is handed over.
