Returns

If something is wrong with what arrived, or it is simply not what you wanted, this is how to put it right.

What we can take back

Anything unworn, in its own box, with everything that came with it — the bag, the spare parts, the tags. Tell us within seven days of the parcel arriving.

What we cannot

A helmet that has been worn on the road. Helmets are safety equipment and we cannot pass a used one on to somebody else, so once it has been out we cannot take it back. The same goes for a visor that has been fitted, and for any helmet that has been painted, drilled or otherwise altered.

Nor anything that has been in a crash. A helmet that has taken an impact has done its job and needs replacing — if you believe it failed rather than protected you, that is a warranty question instead.

Who pays the postage

If we sent the wrong thing, or it reached you damaged or faulty, we do — send it back and the postage is refunded with the order.

If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you do. It has to reach us in the state it left in, so pack it properly: a return that is damaged on the way back is a return we cannot accept.

Exchanges

If you want a different size and we have it, say so below and we will send it as soon as the first one reaches us. If we do not have it, it becomes a refund.

Refunds

Back to wherever the money came from, within seven working days of the helmet reaching us and passing a look-over. Delivery you already paid is refunded only when the return was our fault.
